1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Aleks Agency ("we") rebuilds websites so more visitors get in touch, and sets up AI chat agents, including on WhatsApp. These terms cover this website and our services. How we handle your data is in our Privacy Policy.

2. Using this website

Use this website only for lawful purposes. Please do not:

• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site
• copy the site in bulk with automated tools
• use our forms or chat to send spam or other people's data

3. The free blueprint

When you send your website address and email, we send you a written conversion blueprint for that site. It is free and you owe us nothing for it. We use your details to reply to you, as the Privacy Policy describes. You decide what to do after you read it.

4. Quotes and projects

Every project starts with a written quote that states the price and what is included. Work begins when you accept the quote in writing. Email or WhatsApp is fine. If you ask for something outside the quote, we send a new quote before we do it.

5. Payment

The free blueprint costs nothing. For paid work, payment terms, including any deposit and the due dates, are written in each offer or quote. If an invoice is unpaid after its due date, we may pause the work until it is paid.

6. AI chat agents

An AI agent answers your customers on your behalf, using the information you give us, such as your catalogue and policies. It does not guess prices, change prices, give discounts or mark an order as paid. Closing a sale stays with your team.

You are responsible for the information you give us and for having the right to message your customers. WhatsApp and Meta have their own rules for business numbers, and we are not responsible for changes Meta makes to them.

7. Your content and ours

You keep ownership of your content, your catalogue and your customer data. Unless the quote says otherwise, the website we build for you is yours once it is paid for. We keep the tools, templates and code we reuse across clients.

8. If you stop

You can stop an AI agent service at any time. You keep your data, your catalogue and the agent's setup.

9. Results and liability

We do not promise a number of enquiries or sales. Examples on this site, such as the Rp200 million figure, show what happened for one client and are not a promise for yours.

Our total liability to you for any claim about our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version goes on this page with a new date. If you keep using the website or our services after that, you accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia.
