One app for a clinic's records, bills and stock, in use on real patients three weeks after we started
A home-visit clinic's doctor typed up every medical record and bill at night, after a day of visits. We built the clinic one app for its work.
The doctor records a voice note after each visit and the app drafts the record and the bill, and staff keep patients, invoices, stock and the weekly report in the same place. It went from an empty project to use on real patients in three weeks.
A doctor-led home-visit clinic in Jakarta.
After a day of home visits, the doctor typed up every medical record and every bill at night. Drug and vaccine names had to be spelled exactly right.
One app the doctor and staff share. After each visit the doctor records a short voice note, and the app drafts the medical record and a priced invoice for the doctor to check and approve on one screen.
Approving a visit also takes the medicines used out of stock. Staff keep patient details, invoices and payments, stock and the weekly report in the same app, and each role sees only what it needs.
Each drafted field links to the line the doctor said it in, and nothing is filed until the doctor approves it. Only the clinical reviewer can read the records.
Before it went live, we tested four speech-to-text tools on recordings full of the clinic's own drug and vaccine names, and picked the one that spelled them best.

The paperwork gets drafted from what your team already says, and a person still decides what gets filed.
